Precise correction of astigmatism
Our aspiration is to enable you as a lens surgeon to perform the best possible and most precise treatment of astigmatism for each individual patient. 1stQ therefore offers you toric IOL solutions for both the capsular bag and the sulcus. Monofocal cylinder corrections are possible and, naturally, can also be combined with EDOF or trifocal optics. Depending on the model, 1stQ offers toric IOLs in cylinder steps of 0.5 D or 0.75 D and thus enables the tailored selection of IOLs for every patient. Toric IOLs for the capsular bag are available in hydrophilic and hydrophobic as well as preloaded and non-preloaded versions. Toric AddOn IOLs for the sulcus are available for toric post-corrections or toric upgrades in pseudophakic eyes. At 1stQ, toric means:
- a wide cylinder range up to 19 D (on request)
- 0.75 D steps in the main cylinder strengths for precise IOL selection
- Proven rotational stability in the capsular bag(1,2) and sulcus(2) for sustainable safety and spectacle independence
