Making an appointment

The German website www.1stq.de features three implemented calculators for IOL calculation. This includes the following modules:

The AddOn^® Calculator and CylinderCalculator can be used to request cost estimates or place orders. The following personal data is collected first:

• Pseudonymized patient ID (required for buyer assignment)
• First and last name of the examiner
• First and last name, institution of the surgeon

The data is used exclusively for the purposes for which it was transmitted by you to 1stQ. As soon as the purposes of processing no longer exist, including statutory retention periods, the data will be deleted. If you do not wish to transmit the data to 1stQ via the relevant website, you have the option of printing the order, including the calculated data, and sending it to 1stQ by fax or post. A login is not required to use the module or to request a cost estimate or place an order. Accordingly, no personal data is stored on the website.
